Training
Day 210. Saturday the 28/01-06
To celebrate I wasn't near dead anyways, as I had gotten myself all worked up about to believe after a relapse with high fever in Myanmar, I decided to buy myself a present. I had for a while thought about buying a portable dvd player but to get physically prepared for my upcoming mountaineeering course it ended up being a pair of good running shoes and a weeks membership in a fancy fitnesscenter.
This meant these two days more or less were used for training from morning to late evening. It was nice; for once I had enough time to get in top shape, which meant I didn't have to train excessively with the usual following injuries.
Besides that I hadn't been doing much; sleeping in, relaxing and eating a lot.
I did go to the cinema though, which was a somewhat more western experience than the one in Myanmar. The place was exclusive and the movie, Underworld Evolution, good, but still there was one funny detail in common with my cinema-adventure in Myanmar; everybody got up when a trailer about Thailand and the king was shown.
